About Us

The company was founded in 1994 to provide advanced expertise in the application, development, and training of Project Management (including portfolio, program, and project domains) techniques. With both practical and theoretical expertise, Russona Consulting has been proud to not only consistently deliver on our client’s demanding requirements, but to contribute to the project management field of expertise through volunteer activities such as conference speaking, chairing an international community of practice, and development of industry recognized standards in both Portfolio and Program Management.

Carrying on the tradition of giving back to the industry and improving capabilities in the PM industry, we are partnering with Algonquin College to deliver a family of courses based on the PRINCE2® / ITIL® family of Best Practices in the field of project management.

The current suite of professional PM certification courses that we are providing in conjunction with Algonquin College (all at the Foundation and Practitioner levels) include:

  • PRINCE2®,
